Conference theme: Equitation Science – The Road Ahead will showcase how equitation science has developed as a discipline and how new innovations in technology can be used to improve practice.

ISES UK 2012 took place in an Olympic year in the UK – and marked the tenth anniversary since Equitation Science was first recognised as a field of study. The three-day international conference was held from July 18th to 20th, hosted by the University of Edinburgh's Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in bonny Scotland.
